Northern Uganda: The Forgotten Crisis

According to a recent Reuters AlertNet poll of forgotten crises, northern Uganda is the second most forgotten crisis in the world - http://www.alertnet.org/thefacts/reliefresources/111038817665.htm. Further, northern Uganda topped the United Nations' 'Ten Stories the World Should Hear More About' - http://www.un.org/events/tenstories/. i was in uganda for in august 04, my 1st trip hime so to speak since 84, not a pretty sight
